Meet UsMeet Dr. Aida Galan
Aida M. Galan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in May of 2002 and has dedicated her life to Dentistry for over 15 years. Her practice focuses on children, general and cosmetic dentistry. Her love of children and concern for their oral health, her passion for enhancing people’s lives by creating beautiful smiles and regaining control of their oral health while educating them, is her first priority. Her office is designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment in a state-of-the-art-facility. Dr. Galan is a member of the American and California Dental Associations as well as the Santa Clara County Dental Society. During these years she has been very involved in the community and has volunteered in many programs such as Dentist with a Heart, Special Olympics and others. Her love and passion for Dentistry has taken her to countries abroad to provide dental work to patient with no means of dental treatment. Closer to home she has worked as a dentist for non-profit organizations such as the The Health Trust and Tri-city Health Center, where she provided dentistry to underserved communities. At the Health Trust, where worked for over 2 years, she focused on children from the ages of 0-18 years of age. Today she is a respected member of the dental profession and active in the community. Outside the office, Dr. Galan enjoys snow skiing, camping, mountain biking and many more outdoor activities. Always creative, attentive to detail and liking to work with her hands, Aida Galan focused on becoming a dentist at a very young age. “Cutting her teeth” as a dental assistant, she worked hard to put herself through dental school.
