Galan Dental believes that an informed and educated patient will achieve optimal oral health and a bright smile. Care begins with a comprehensive examination, cancer screening and oral diagnosis. Treatment plans are tailored to the needs and desires of each patient. When the initial treatment is complete, every patient is presented with a customized maintenance plan to ensure optimal oral health in the future.

Office Hours

Galan Dental offers Office Hours for working families, with many Saturday, evening and after school appointments available. Most weeks, our office is open Monday from 9am-6pm, Wednesday from 10 am to 7 pm, Fridays 8am-5pm. We are also open on Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm.

Because tooth aches have no routine schedule, Galan Dental is available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call 408-377-8200 for dental emergencies.

Dental Insurance

Galan Dental accepts most dental insurance plans. A patient portion estimate is made and this amount is due at the time of the visit. Any remaining balance your insurance company does not cover will be applied to your account. Financial options (see below) are available. We accept most major credit cards and personal checks.

Financial Options

For your convenience, Galan Dental offers a variety of payment options. Our patient coordinator, Danyell, will work with you to match your individual need. We promise any financial arrangements will be as painless as our dentistry.

Online Patient Registration

You may preregister with our office by filling out our secure online Patient Registration Form. After you have completed the form, please make sure to press the Submit button at the bottom to automatically send us your information. On your first visit to our office, we will have your completed form available for your signature. The security and privacy of your personal data is one of our primary concerns and we have taken every precaution to protect it. Technical Note:

PC Users

Our online form uses Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or greater plug-in to conveniently submit the form from home or work. Please download the free plug-in from Adobe's web site if it is not already installed on your system. It is important that you have at least version 9 of the plug-in to successfully use our online form.

Mac Users

You must open and submit the form in a Safari Browser with the latest Mac operating system. It is also important to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to submit your form to our office correctly, please download the free plug-in from Adobe's web site.

Privacy Note

The security and privacy of your personal information is an overriding consideration at Galan Dental. Every precaution has been put in place to protect your sensitive health information. Our office is HIPAA compliant. The Patient Registration / Patient Survey forms are stored on a secure server which uses 256 bit encryption on the front end, and 128 bit encryption on the backend exactly like a online banking system.
